Your students will learn about the characteristics of wise people, but they’ll also discover how foolishness shows up in key areas of their lives. Ultimately, they’re asked to choose a path for themselves: the way of wisdom or the way of foolishness.

Message 1: “The Way of the Wise”
This message highlights the attitudes and actions of wise people throughout the book of Proverbs. A clear picture is drawn between a wise person and a foolish person, and students are challenged not to be fooled.

Message 2: “Goats and Sheep”
In the book of Proverbs, fools are described with two different Hebrew words. They’re both simply translated as “fool” in the English Bible, but the differences are important and eye-opening. This message highlights those differences and explains how they show up in key areas of our lives. In the end, students are challenged to walk wisely.
