I’ve had enough of the flabby Facebook groups that are supposed to be helping youth pastors get real answers to their questions.
They’re overrun with people who have the best intentions, but not the best solutions.
Sure, there are a few good ideas mixed in, but how could you ever find them? They’re embedded in a long thread of 564 other replies!
And guess what…
Most of those people have no idea what it’s like to be you. They don’t know how to reach more students when you only have 12 students showing up. They don’t know what it’s like to create irresistible environments on a shoestring budget. They don’t know how to break through the barrier of 50 students. They’re all talk, talk, talk.
I’ll tell you what…
I’ve been where you are. I’ve done the things you’re trying to do. So, if you’re tired of the nonsense and want some real youth ministry answers, then I want you to join the Better Youth Ministry Community.
What is the BYM Community?
* Straight talk.
* Genuine community.
* Practical help.
* Exclusive content.
* Real growth.
I have created a private Facebook group reserved for BYM Community members only.
There will only be 100 members in the group at any given time. I am capping the number at 100 because I want you to be able to get the answers you need without combing through all of the nonsense.
If you’re the 101st person who wants to sign up, then you’ll just have to wait for a spot to open up. If you’re the only person in the community, then you’ll get my undivided attention. Lucky you!
It’s like having another staff member on your team who actually knows what he’s talking about.
“This group has done more to encourage me than any other youth ministry Facebook group out there. Thank you Trevor for your devotion and passion to help guys like us. You will honestly never know how much I appreciate it.” -Mark Sikes
Here’s how you can get in…
3-month membership: $36 ($12 per month)
6-month membership: $60 ($10 per month)
12-month membership: $96 ($8 per month)
If you want to renew your membership and stay in the group, you can do that. On the other hand, if you don’t want to renew your membership, you can let it expire. After all, you shouldn’t pay for something that isn’t adding value to you or your ministry.
But seriously, for the price of a salad at Chick-fil-A, you’ll get personalized attention, answers, and ideas for your ministry.
I wish someone had done something like this back when I was a solo youth pastor working at a smaller church. I didn’t know how to create momentum, reach students, or grow faith in my ministry. I had plenty of questions, but not a lot of answers.
A group like this would’ve helped me a ton!
Who should join?
* Youth pastors who feel stuck and want to get unstuck.
* Youth pastors who need some encouragement and want to connect.
* Youth pastors who have specific questions and want specific answers.
* Youth pastors who are tired of doing the same stuff and want fresh ideas.
If that’s not you, or if you don’t mind wasting your time reading answers that are useless for you, then the BYM Community probably isn’t for you.
However, if you’re ready to kick things up a notch, then it’s time to get serious and invest in yourself and your ministry. You’re the kind of person I want to work with.
Choose the option you feel good about and I’ll see you in the group!
